 The Appraisal Matrix,LLC mission is to secure and maintain the integrity and authenticity of appraisals, while preventing appraiser identity theft and mortgage fraud that could expose Lending Institutions, Appraisers, and the U.S. Government from financial loss.

Appraisal Sentry web service is intended to fulfill a security void, which is long overdue. It will not only protect, but it will also increase the overall public trust in appraisal services while providing an assurance that is necessary to sustain the general economic well-being of our society.  The appraisal for a loan transaction is indirectly an extension of money, a transferable medium of exchange that should be treated with the same degree of security as all other major financial transactions.

With the increase of mortgage fraud and major security needs of the Real Estate Lending Industry, appraisers as a group now have the ability to take action, henceforth have the responsibility and duty to take that action.

One of our primary goals is to speed up the validation of appraisals without having to track down the appraiser while keeping the confidentiality with appraisers clients intact. We know that great technology only has value when it delivers true business benefits.
