Before releasing our software Appraisal Sentry screens each appraiser by verifying their active status with ASC National Registry and utilizing a secure online registration with sophisticated analytics and a robust set of data tables, the Electronic Verification System, which looks for any invalid, inconsistent or unusual elements of an individual’s identity (i.e. Social Security number, driver’s license, address, & home phone).

Having knowledge of the inconsistency of one or more of these conditions is extremely valuable in assessing risk, preventing fraud and meeting key provisions for identity & authentication with the USA PATRIOT ACT .
